Terms and Condition

• 1). TechnoTym is a client’s oriented company where we make sure to make all terms and conditions of the website are very easy to understand and reliable.
  
  
• 2). We offer an array of services with security, copyright ownership, trademark protection, etc.
  
  
• 3). Stock Photography Payment Obligations: Most of the services that we offer are included in the quote, however, if clients request any additional premium pictures or any additional support, they will be charged additionally as per the requirement for the same.
  
  
• 4). Sites NOT Hosted by TechnoTym: Should the client decide to host their site on another server, TechnoTym cannot guarantee that all elements of the site will work. TechnoTym shall make an effort to assure the smooth functioning of the website, however TechnoTym should not be held responsible for the problems caused by the other hosting server.
  
  
• 5). Website Maintenance: TechnoTym doesn’t charge any additional maintenance fees. However if you wish to have our services in use after certain intervals, you can buy our different plans, that shall provide you the required aid.
  
  
• 6). Domain Transfers and DNS Management: For domains not originally registered with TechnoTym, there will be a fee to either transfer the domain into our registration platform, or to transfer it out to another registrar. If your domain is not registered with TechnoTym, DNS management and troubleshooting tasks are billable at our hourly rate.
