Refund Policy
1. General Terms
Due to the nature of digital marketing and website development services, refunds are granted only under specific conditions stated in this policy.
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed, resources utilized, and third-party costs already incurred.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable once initiated or delivered:
- Domain registration and hosting purchases
- SSL certificates, email services, plugins, themes, and third-party subscriptions
- Completed website pages, logos, creatives, content writing, SEO setup, ad account creation
- Any service already approved by the client in writing (email/WhatsApp confirmation)
3. Website Development Refunds
- Before project kickoff: 90% of advance refundable (10% processing charge)
- After design mockup shared: Up to 60% refundable
- After 50% development completed: Up to 30% refundable
- After website delivered / UAT stage: No refund
Refund will be calculated after deducting:
- Design hours consumed
- Development effort completed
- Purchased assets and taxes (if applicable)
4. Digital Marketing Refunds
- If campaign has not started: 85% of management fee refundable
- If campaign is live for less than 7 days: 50% refundable
- After 7 days of activity: No refund
- Ad spends paid to Google/Meta/LinkedIn are not refundable

5. AMC / Retainer Packages
Monthly retainers are billed for committed time; refund is not applicable for the current running month.
Unused future months may be cancelled with 15% deduction.
6. Performance-Based Claims
Marketing results depend on market conditions, product quality, budget, and client support.
No refund can be claimed solely on the basis of leads/sales volume.
7. Refund Process
Client must request refund via email to: refund@technotym.com with reason and project details.
- Refund review time: 5–7 working days
- Approved refunds are credited within 10 working days through original payment mode

8. Project Cancellation by Company
If Technotym cancels a project due to internal inability to deliver, eligible unused advance will be refunded in full after excluding third-party costs.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall be subject to Bengaluru, Karnataka jurisdiction only.
